Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, and for industry accounts your company and verification information); the works you upload, including the files themselves and their metadata (title, genre, logline); and basic usage data needed to run the service. Payments are handled by Stripe, we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To run SceneOne: to protect your work with a certificate, to connect you with verified industry professionals when you choose to publish, to process subscriptions, and to send you notifications about requests and deals. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your uploaded work is private by default
Files are stored in private, access-controlled storage. They are never published, shared, or shown to anyone without your explicit, per-request approval. An industry professional can only read a work after you approve their request, and then only through a time-limited link, no downloads, no permanent copies.
AI analysis (Script Health)
When you choose to run Script Health, the text of that work is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your report. It is not used to train AI models, and running Script Health is always your choice, publishing a work never requires it.
Who we share with
Only where it is necessary to run the service: our infrastructure provider (Supabase) for storage and databases, and Stripe for payments. Both are bound to protect your data. The only time your work reaches another user is when you personally approve an access request.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and works for as long as your account is active. You can delete a work at any time, and you can ask us to close your account and remove your personal data by emailing us.
Your rights
In line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent, or have it deleted. We will respond to any reasonable request.
